Do we really get the complete source code?
Yes. The work contract includes the transfer of property rights and source codes. It is not a license rental (SaaS), but software development that becomes your property. You physically have the code on your server.
What if we decide to end the cooperation in the future?
That's the essence of 'No Vendor Lock-in'. Since you have both code and data on your side and the system runs on standard technologies (PHP, MySQL), your internal team or another supplier can take over management and development at any time.
Can our IT team handle the management?
Certainly. Task Monitor does not require any exotic knowledge. If your administrators can manage a regular web server (Linux/Apache) and developers know PHP, they will feel at home. The code is written cleanly and structured.
Do we have to pay monthly fees per user?
No. After the work is delivered, you do not pay any licensing fees for the number of users, records, or modules. You only pay for possible service, hosting (if we provide it) or additional development that you order.
What about security?
Security is a priority. The application runs on a proven framework, uses encrypted communication, and data is separated from other clients (own database). We regularly perform security updates to the core.
